Please complete this short form to confirm your contact information and your agreement to abide by MSABC policies.
DO NOT pay your $25 MSABC registration fee through this portal (i.e., please ignore the directions on the last page of the registration process to submit payment directly to MSABC). Your $25 fee is to be paid directly to the club as part of your swim fees (e-transfer to [email protected]). The club will then submit everyone's MSABC fees in a lump sum to MSABC.
The information in this form is how MSABC will track how much our club owes for registered swimmers.
